It's probably more like the different muscles of the body; how specific movements stress certain muscles; cause of common sporting injuries; principles of fitness training (frequency, intensity, time); main types of physical fitness (cardiovascular; muscular; flexibility); first aid for emergencies; safety principles (eg in the pool; when using gym equipment; heatstroke; exhaustion in endurance events); some ideas about genetic differences that influence physical training (body types - endomorph; ectomorph; mesomorph; muscle types - quick twitch fibres; slow twitch fibres); how to plan a fitness program; basic stuff about exercise reduces risk of certain diseases; concept of crosstraining; difference between aerobic and anaerobic training; how to use different types of gym equipment (their different designs and purposes and relative advantages and disadvantages); callisthenics; maybe a bit about diet etc.
